Common questions

A clearer starting point.

Do you provide legal advice or manage litigation?

No. MedAzure’s role is record retrieval. Legal strategy, representation and legal determinations remain with the client’s legal team.

Can you retrieve through subpoenas?

Any subpoena-related requirements must be reviewed during scoping. This website does not offer independent legal process preparation or service as part of standard retrieval.

Can you gather medical records and bills?

Yes. Both can be included in the scope. Some providers use separate departments or custodians, which may require separate requests.
